Royal Castles Romantic Marathon

One of the most beautiful marathon routes in Germany, in the shadow of Neuschwanstein Castle. Starts and finishes in Füssen town centre.
Town Festival
August
Live bands in all of Füssen’s old town squares. The restaurants in the old town centre will serve speciality beers and delicious treats from their kitchens. Saturday from 5.00 pm, Sunday from 11.00 am.
Vielsaitig Festival
September
Concerts and music events with international ensembles. The concerts take place in the Imperial Hall of the Abbey of St. Mang in Füssen.
Füssen Advent Market
December (first two weekends of advent)
An atmospheric Bavarian Christmas market in the baroque courtyard of the Abbey of St. Mang: Handcrafts, food and plenty of music to get you in the mood for the Christmas season. Every year on the first two weekends of advent. Opening hours: Friday 2.00 – 8.00 pm, Saturday/Sunday 11.00 am – 8.00 pm.
Füssen New Year Party
30th December
One-day open air New Year party with live music around the winter bar. Starting at 8.00 pm on Kaiser-Maximilian-Platz in front of the tourist information in Füssen.
